Linkd Booster provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available LinkedIn profiles to help users improve their lead generation effectiveness. The Service includes profile scoring, recommendations, headline optimization, and strategy suggestions.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes 3 LinkedIn profile audits at no charge. Free plan features may be modified at any time.

Pro Plan: Paid subscription providing unlimited audits and additional features. Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to submit large volumes of audits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Submit URLs that are not LinkedIn profile pages

6. LinkedIn Compliance

Our Service analyzes only publicly available information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of audit results complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

7. AI-Generated Content

Audit results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. AI recommendations should be reviewed critically and adapted to your specific situation. Past results of other users do not guarantee similar outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Linkd Booster and protected by intellectual property laws. Audit results generated for your profile are yours to use. You may not copy or reproduce the Service itself.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKEDIN LEAD BOOSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
